What we love about this apartment:
We bought the apartment nearly 10 years ago, and whilst we have
used it as an investment, the tenants (there have only been three
during that time) have always raved about the location, the building
and the neighbours.
The location speaks for itself, but you are within walking distance of
everything Melbourne has to offer – from cafes, shops, and parks to
the MCG and the cultural heart of Carlton.
The building is a beacon within the area and speaks to Melbourne’s
magnificent past. I live nearby and I always enjoy walking past and
taking in the surrounds – Carlton Garden and of course the Exhibition
Buildings – Federations’ birthplace.
I have been on the OC Committee for 10 years and I can say it is a
genuinely dedicated group, and I would encourage the new owner to
get involved. It’s a great way of getting to know your neighbours and
have a say in the future of the building. Enjoy!
