Affectionately known among friends as Club CoNo, this home has been the backdrop for countless memorable gatherings and good times. One of our favourite features is the outdoor space - a private retreat perfect for relaxing and entertaining, especially during the warmer months. Set on top of the hill with no neighbouring homes overlooking, it offers a rare sense of seclusion. The secure yard has also been ideal for our rescue dogs, giving them space and safety. We’ve made so many treasured memories here — it has been a special place to call home.

What do you love about the area?

We’ve truly loved living in this area - it’s a welcoming and vibrant community. Our neighbours are a great mix of young families, professionals, and even a few talented musicians, all of whom are warm and down-to-earth. The location is incredibly convenient, with Pentridge just up the road offering a fancy IGA, great restaurants, and a boutique cinema. Plus, Merri Creek is nearby for peaceful walks and time in nature - it’s the best of both worlds.
