Nelson Alexander Foundation Day 2025 – Saturday, 13th September

3 min read

Supporting the causes closest to us and the communities we call home.

This year marks 20 years of the Nelson Alexander Foundation, two decades of supporting the communities that shape us and that we proudly call home.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re doing things a little differently for our annual Foundation Day on Saturday, 13th September 2025.

Foundation Day is our major annual fundraiser. It’s the day when each of our offices donates the professional fee from one of their auctions to support a local organisation or charity.

Instead of opening nominations to the public, we asked our team to nominate the causes that have touched their lives. What came back was more than a list. It was a collection of stories; stories of care, loss, hope, and quiet resilience.

These are stories of real people, real lives, and real impact. From grassroots groups quietly making a difference in their neighbourhoods to charities offering hope when it’s needed most.

We know these causes make a difference to our team, and we know they make a difference across the wider community.

Supporting these causes means standing with the people who have stood with us.

It’s about connection, care, and commitment, the kind of support that begins close to home.

These causes don’t just matter to us; they matter to many. And this has deepened what we’ve always believed: real power lives in the local, in choosing connection over scale, and in standing with the people and places we know best.

At Nelson Alexander, we’re proud to support the charities and organisations that matter most to our people, and through them, the communities we all call home.

We invite you to join us on Foundation Day as we show our support for the causes closest to our hearts and homes.
